Prineet Pottmeyer is a senior R.F. optimization engineer for AT&T Mobility Services. She received a B.S.E.E from Seattle University and has been a radio frequency optimization and design engineer for 22 years.
Linda Fergusson-Kolmes, Treasurer
Linda Fergusson Kolmes is a biology instructor and Sylvania Teaching and Learning Center Coordinator at Portland Community College. Linda has shared her love of biology with undergraduate students for over 20 years, currently at Portland Community College. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Simon Fraser University, and a Master’s in Science from Cornell University. She strongly believes that connecting the next generation to the beauty of the natural world is an investment in the future. She is inordinately fond of tide pools and remotely operated vehicles named Hercules.
Amber Hale, Secretary
Amber Hale is an assistant professor of biology at McNeese State University in Lake Charles, Louisiana. She completed her PhD at the University of Kentucky, focusing on molecular biology and transgenics, and her B.S. is in biomedical science from Texas A&M University. Her current research is diverse, but at the center uses molecular biology techniques in non-traditional model organisms. She is passionate about STEM education and science communication in her community.
